Week commencing 7 oct 2019 to 11 oct 2019
Attending the induction week at Kirklees college. Monday 7 oct 2019.... We are covering induction today and I have completed my starting point information. I have understood what is expected from this Apprentice course and the type of work required. I have also been introduced to Skil sure and I am now familiarising myself with it. The induction training week with Sandeep Bansil has been an interesting week. I have discovered my strengths and weakness.. and what I can do to help better myself in areas. I have also looked at smart targets and thought of how this can be applied towards my apprentice work that I will be doing.
